Rick Randlett has been playing the blues since the early ’70’s. He has toured the East Coast extensively from Quebec, Canada to Florida, sharing the stage with many well known musicians, including Joe Perry of Aerosmith.

Rick has released five CDs, including a duo effort with Cassie Keenum. His last two solo CDs charted in the top five in the RMR blues charts.

Known for his guitar and lap steel prowess, Rick has assembled a new band, focusing on his lap steel playing. Featuring Kellen Vincent on guitar and vocals, Mitch Rogers on bass and vocals, and Lance Spano on drums, the Rick Randlett Band is currently working on a new CD.

“Night Songs” is the new CD (2020)  from the Rick Randlett Band. From the gospel feel of The River, to the reggae inflected Pain In My Heart, to the slow minor blues of Dreams Of You, it’s an entertaining trip through the worlds of blues and blues inspired Americana.

Subject matter ranges from familiar tales of love lost, a bona fide ghost story, the plight of the American factory worker, to life in a mythical town.

Featuring Rick Randlett on vocals, lap steel, and pedal steel; Kellen  Vincent on vocals and guitar; Mitch Rogers on vocals, bass, and keys; and Lance Spano on drums, Night Songs will be released the first week of February. Make sure to get your copy!  The CD release Party will be at The Music Box at Dos Mamas.

Catch this great new band soon at a venue near you!
